Included in the package are a 2" x 16.4ft breast tape with a breast-friendly adhesive formula, 1 pair of trilateral petal reusable silicone covers, and 1 pair of reusable silicone breast pasties. To use, first wash your breasts and hands to remove any oil or dirt. Tear off the nipple covers' protective film and place them in the palm of your hand. Lean forward, facing your breasts, and apply the nipple covers. Then, customize the breast tape to your desired shape and size, lifting and pushing up your breasts to achieve the look you want.

Before prolonged use, we recommend doing a patch test by applying a test patch to your skin for 2-4 hours to ensure no irritation. Do not wear the products for more than 8 hours. When ready to remove the boob tape, use coconut oil to soak it and break down the adhesive. Peel the tape off slowly, applying more oil to any stubborn spots. Use a cotton pad and oil to remove any remaining adhesive from your skin.
